Website design, automation or other paid services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work or separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for those services.

Submitting a form, booking a consultation or sending a message does not create a client relationship or require SimpleLaunch to accept a project.
