The SimpleLaunch messaging program provides follow-ups concerning requested website consultations and related service offers. Participation is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@simplelaunch.agency. After an opt-out request, SimpleLaunch may send one final message confirming that no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device and service availability.

Privacy

SimpleLaunch handles mobile information and consent records as described in the Privacy Policy at https://simplelaunch.agency/privacy. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

SimpleLaunch may update these SMS Terms as the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
